I have pork chops thawing in the fridge and am looking for a new way to prepare them. I only have 4 recipes saved and they all seem so blah right now. What is your go to recipe?
Thanks everyone! I ended up making the San Francisco pork chops from all recipes bc there were no responses yet when I had to start dinner! I'm going to bookmark these though; good pork chop recipes seem hard to come by!
If you can find the A1 or Weber brand dry packet marinade, it's lemon and garlic or garlic and herb, maybe? They are seriously so, so good. My store stopped carrying the A1 so I tried the Weber and it's really good too.

Not at all healthy, but delicious. It is also the only way I can eat pork chops.
Rub pork chops with sage, salt, and a dash of pepper. Brown on each side, and drain off fat. Add 2 sliced medium onions. Dissolve bullion cube in 1/4 c. water, pour over chops, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove meat and place on platter. Make gravy from 1/2 c. sour cream, 1T flour, and meat drippings. Heat in a skillet until boiling, add water until gravy consistency. Serve gravy over pork chops.
Re: I need a new pork chop recipe
On the other hand, if I'm feeling a bit on the lazy side, I will sear the pork chops in a cast iron pan, then put chicken rice-a-roni in. I sauté it, then add it all to a crockpot with chicken stock for 4 or so hours. The rice is perfect and the chops are tender. I serve it with a veggie on the side.
