non ttc - bump question

I am trying to change my userID. I actually used a different email to set up a new account and logged into the new account but when I post it still shows c018924..! Does anyone know why that is? Anyone change you name before? If so, how do you?

I was able to change mine, but I had to log into 'The Knot' part rather than 'The Bump' in order to do it. Maybe try there? Hope that helps!

You need to log into the knot and change your name from there. I wouldn't do it from a phone, do it from your computer and I have heard you have to save the changes like a billion times.
One of the other boards has instructions as a sticky post on top but I can't remember which one. Try doing a bump search.

I changed mine from the knot as well. it took a couple days before it switched over, and then my avatar reverted to a default one. I had to log out of everything, clear all my cookies and sign back in again before all the changes took. it looks like your phone is holding on to the old sn. Maybe try logging off, restarting it to clear anything out from memory and starting the app again?
