Lumpy lumps on my bump

So I never really noticed this with my last pregnancies but this time I am noticing small lumps and bumps on the sides of my belly. I plan on asking my doctor Tuesday about it but wondering if anyone else has had this.

    I do!
    I think mine are fat cells though!
    My laperscopic surgery scars from my gallbladder removal feel funny all stretched out too!
