Camdyn Reese is here! VBAC turned RCS (PIP)

Tuesday I dropped DD off at pre school and headed to my 37w appt. the Doppler read her heart rate was 189, twice. Doctor sent me right to the hospital for monitoring.. long story short, I was there on the monitor for 24hrs which would show erratic heart rate every few hours then her heart rate started dropping after my small contractions which implied she wasn't getting enough oxygen and most likely wouldn't handle true labor, and doctor said he wanted me in the OR ASAP. I was planning on a VBAC so this was a blow, but of course her health is more important. So Camdyn Reese was born 9/24 clocking in at 7.11ibs 20in at 37.3 weeks (I also think her due date was off with her size!) I got to do skin to skin while still on the operating table which was amazing and something I didn't get with DD.. And she looks identical to her 18mo old sister when she was born! Full head of black hair, button nose and cute little mouth

she latched on at first try and is a great eater which is a relief bc it took her sister several days to get the hang of it! Recovery stinks and I'm nervous about the healing with 2u2 but I'll manage! Now for pics! The collage one is of Cora and Camdyn, twinsies!
