Of course you can! (Unless your doctor has specifically told you otherwise due to complications.)

Any position is fine, whatever is comfortable for you.

Yes, however if you have a really bad cold and you can't find a good position and at first your laughing so hard you pee a little on your DH and then you get it together and still can't find an acceptable position that it ends in an argument and then tears, and then him saying "it's not you honey, you look great" and you screaming, "I know I look great, I wasn't insecure until you just said that" don't say I didn't warn you.

Yeah, it's totes fine if you feel so inclined. I generally prefer to be on top or do it doggystyle, just because the bump gets squished doing it missionary.

Well, each woman's vagina angle changes while pregnant so my favorite position probably wouldn't be your favorite...because of you know...different angles.
