Pregnant after Miscarriage - Happy/Scared

Hello! I just wanted to talk to someone, since we aren't telling anyone. I am currently 4 weeks pregnant, yay! I'm truly happy since a year a ago I got pregnant only to miscarry at 10w. We were devastated. Now, it's different. I'm happy, but scared. Especially since I know the good and the bad AND it's the same timeline as a year ago. I feel like I can't be happy until I'm passed the first trimester. (And it seems like an eternity). I know it will fly by, and God willing, everything will be fine. I have a dr appt next week, I am hoping to get more answers and to ease my fears. But until then, here I vent. Thanks!!

    Congrats and welcome!  I hope you are able to give and get lots of support here!  It's a great place to be among ladies who understand the "PGAL mentality."

    TTC since December 2012 
    BFP 6/29/2013 - EDD 3/16/14 - MMC 9/5/2013
    Diagnosed with PCOS and taking metformin 750 mg  twice a day
    April 2014 -  - 1st ICI Cycle - BFP 5/15/14 EDD: 1/20/15
    A/S 8-22-14 - Its a BOY!!
    12/15 Checkup & heard his beautiful heartbeat

    Congratulations and welcome :)
    I think everyone here has milestones that they benchmark against. As for feeling okay until you reach those points (whatever they may be), I'm finding the "mantra" post at the top to be very helpful.

    BFP #2 12/28/11 natural m/c on 2/6/12   BFP#3 2/16/13 dx:ectopic on 2/27 (given methotrexate) HSG 6/13-all clear BFP#4 11/18/13 natural m/c on 11/23  IVF #1 (Natural IVF Cycle) May 2014- Cycle failed (embryo did not make it to blast) BFP#5-7/26/14 GROW BABY GROW    IT'S A BOY DUE 4/5/15!

    Congrats and welcome! My first BFP ended in a mmc and I was due about 3 weeks earlier than with this one (1year apart) so I understand how hard it is to have that déjà vu feeling. It felt like 1st tri dragged by, but now I am well into my second it seems to be flying! FX time passes quickly for you!

    Congrats! My current timeline is similar to my first loss so I understand those feelings of uncertainty. 

    BFP #1: 8/17/13     Due Date: 4/26/14      MMC discovered @ 9w 4d       D&C: 10/2/13
    BFP #2: 12/23/13       Due Date: 9/6/14      MMC discovered @ 8w 5d    D&C: 2/6/14

    I understand how you feel. I had a miscarriage back in June. I am now 6 weeks pregnant again. I feel like everyday I am walking on eggshells.
