Ugh!!  I am on CD32 and we are 2 1/2 weeks post IUI.  No signs of dear old AF, but I keep getting BFNs!!!  I talked to the RE office yesterday, if AF doesn't come tomorrow and I still get a BFN they are going to order some bloodwork.  

I hate my body!  It is so stupid-- it can't remember how to get pregnant and then it has this wickedly cruel warped sense of humor and has been taunting me.

PIH, bedrest for 4 wks, delivered at 39 weeks by induction and then c-section- Healthy baby boy on 6/24/09 :-)

BFP#2: 11/24/11, EDD: 8/4/12, Angel Baby- 2/19/12
Enlarged bladder seen on U/S at 12 weeks (1/15/12), possibly LUTO or Prune Belly, Heartbeat at OB on 2/17/12,
No heartbeat/movement at U/S on 2/20/12, (missed MC), D&E:2/22/12.  Miscarried our sweet angel boy @ 16 wks

TTCAL since June 2012, 
Progesterone normal, FSH elevated & AMH on the low side--  "ovaries acting older"
Clomid cycles: 50 mg in February, July, August, September, November 2013, June 2014--  BFNs!!  :-(
August & September 2014: Clomid, HCG and IUI-- BFNs
September 2014: FSH= 15.7 AMH= 0.25  UGH!!!  Old lady Ovaries!!!
October & November 2014: Gonadatropin injections, HCG & IUI... BFNs!!

We have been blessed with a sweet little boy.  
Hoping to be able to give him a sibling someday.

    Are you on prog? That is very strange. I'd be concerned you didn't actually O or Oed later with a period that late. Did you trigger? Very strange

    I used clomid and triggered with an HCG shot the night of our U/S (9/5).  They saw a very nice follicle.  We did the IUI on 9/7.  The RN did mention that I possibly did not ovulate, but my progesterone level was tested last month and it was 36.8-- so she thought that wasn't highly likely.

    Oh yea it definitely sounds like you Oed, but why did she even say that you maybe didn't? So you're not on any progesterone supplements that could be delaying your period then? If you haven't started your period by tomorrow, I'd go in for a beta just to see what is going on. 

    Sorry that is so frustrating. Maybe it will be a late BFP?

    I'm sorry how frustrating!! Hoping you get some Answers soon!!

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    This happens to me pretty frequently. It blows :(. It's usually some sort of hormone imbalance with me, either progesterone or estrogen. Hope you get it figured out soon.

    CD 34, ( I was off by a day yesterday)  BFN again today, still no period though.

    Talked to RN and they ordered bloodwork today-- Beta and Progesterone.  Negative beta and progesterone was low.  

    Definitely NOT pregnant.

    Since we hadn't tested progesterone earlier in the month, we do not know for sure if I O'd this month or not, but the thought is I didn't.  I had a great number last month though,  I guess we may start doing monthly progesterones.

    I am bloated, but no other signs to indicate AF is coming.  Ugh.

    I hate my body.  I had no problem with getting pregnant with my 5 year old DS or my DS that I miscarried 2 years ago.  My body just decided to evict him February 2012 and not allow any other tenants.

    How terribly frustrating.  Are you going to take provera or something to jump start your next cycle since they don't think you o'ed?  Or are they just going to have you wait it out?  How frustrating!

    If I don't start tomorrow, the RN mentioned prescribing something that could help me start my period-- no sure what it would be.  I do have an appt set up already for next week, so we will be discussing next steps.

    I am giving myself 9 more months-- then I throw in the towel.  I'll turn 40 this year and if I don't manage to get pregnant before that... I will resign myself to the fact that I will not ever be pregnant again and that we will be a family of 3.  I am so very thankful we were blessed with my sweet DS, but if I had known 5+ years ago that he was going to be my one and only pregnancy, I may have done some things differently.

    I am so sorry - this is really frustrating.  I've felt the same way too.  If I had know this was the path I would be on I would have started trying when DH and I got married almost 10 years ago instead of waiting.

    Yep-- we used BCPs and condoms to make sure we didn't get pregnant too soon.

    I'm sorry, hon.  Did they not check estrogen level or do an ultrasound?  You could have ovulated and still ended up with an estrogen producing cyst which could be causing the delay in period.  It is supposedly pretty common to get cysts with clomid.  Because of my decrepit ovaries, I get cysts with BCPs and the prevent AF for me.  If it is a cyst, then there are a few treatments (BCPs - doesn't work for me, triggering the cyst - has worked for me, and draining the cyst - has worked for me).  

    Also, if it is a cyst, then Provera (or other types of progesterone) may not bring on AF.  

    I'm sorry you are dealing with this!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN
