Pregnancy insomnia is a beast! I chose 1200 but it all honesty it's closer to 1ish before I actually fall asleep. I do head up to my room after the kids are in bed but I fold laundry, watch tv, read stuff on here while walking around my room to get more steps in for the day.

Lights out winds up being at some point between ten and eleven - so I went with eleven. Some weird nights DH goes to bed at nine, but I still wind up going to bed around the same time as usual. I guess I like my routine!

I put ten but usually up for another hr. And after her 1-2am wakeup, it will usually take me another hr or so to fall back asleep

I've always been a night owl so I fall asleep watching tv around 12 or 1 am. When the boys were getting up at night I would go to bed much earlier.

In bed by 9 usually and asleep by 10. I'm up so late tonight because Alex and I were watching a movie. I will regret this when my alarm goes off in 6 hours lol

I fall asleep on the couch around 9 watching Netflix with DH. He switches shows until around 11 and then we both go to bed. I put 10 because that's when I go to bed when he's oot.

I said 10 - because that is when I finally go up to my bed. But lately, I fall asleep on the couch pretty much right after B goes down... around 8:30.

It used to be around 11, but since rehearsal doesn't get out until 10:30 I don't usually get home until then. I have been going to bed around 12/12:30 because it takes me at least an hour to wind down. It sucks because E started waking up an hour earlier, so I have been dragging ass this week with rehearsals every night.

My goal is 10-10:30. Some nights it's 11 if we're watching a show or something and some nights it's as early as 9:30. Truthfully? I could hit the pillow 5 minutes after the kids are in bed at 8 and be sound asleep instantly. I love sleep.

9:20 most days. Upstairs after the 8:30 show ends at 9:00, and in bed within 15 minutes and asleep after that. Except for Saturdays when I watch Outlander and then I fall asleep at 10.

I aim for 10 and DH distracts me or causes me to stay up until 11 almost every night. If he were getting up overnight and then at 5:15 for the day I'm sure he'd be more cognizant of lights out at 10!
