Hello, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I had a fitness class yesterday. I did an extremely light jog like I normally do, wall sits as well and just sat in floor planking position and did a few "push ups" but not real push ups that warm up was about 10 - 15 mins. Then my class went to the gym and I only did leg work on the bike and about a 30 min walk on the treadmill. After that I did my regular walk to the bus (a fifteen min walk) and I started getting this pricking feeling. I thought maybe i did too much walking?
