How far along are you? 10 weeks
How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good. Have been a little crampy the last day or so, but assuming those are just growing pains. Broke down and bought a pair of maternity dress pants, love them!! They should make non-maternity maternity pants. They are a little baggy but obviously I will grow into them. Having a few mood swings lately and really tired.
Any big changes this week? MH moved all of his stuff out of the baby room and took down shelves, he is ready to start working on the baby room. Part of me wants to wait until the next appointment but I am going to let him fill in nail holes and touch up paint in the bedroom. Will work on the wall designs next month I think just so I can do it with the windows open or someone can help me with the proper ventilation instead of the middle of winter.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Next appointment isn't for 2 1/2 weeks, nothing new and exciting here. Still at the stage where I can remind myself, hey you are pregnant, which usually happens every two hours when I have to go to the restroom or eat before my stomach revolts...
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I think I will pass on the T&P to everyone else who is needing it this week. Doing good for the most part this week except the occasional snapping at MH, but hey, when you tell me that you think the potential of10-12 hours of labor isn't a big deal you should expect more than a few cuss words. Going to have to start my curse jar next month, have to get myself to stop using the f word, or put my baby through college with change
QOTW: It's officially fall! What is your favorite thing to do in the fall? I love to watch football, although it isn't the same without a cold beer, but hey, I think I like the reasoning this year. I also love pumpkin everything so just breaking out the pumpkin candles last weekend made my day, bring on the pumpkin better than sex cake!

How are you feeling? Feeling good most of the time. I've been getting out of breath a lot and the general uncomfortableness is starting to set in. But, that's life and I will gladly take it
Any big changes this week? Not really. I hate pants again. Yoga pants are where it's at, seriously.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? I have a check up 10/6 and I need to do my GTT at the end of next week.

QOTW: It's officially fall! What is your favorite thing to do in the fall? There are so many things that I love about fall! Going to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins and carving them. Going to the homecoming festival at our old college. Wearing sweaters and warm clothes. Raking leaves and jumping into them. And of corse, eating all things pumpkin spice

@KJsbabe I had a decaf pumpkin spice latte yesterday, just not the same thing... Have you seen the new thing online where people are dipping carved pumpkins into bleach to make them last longer, just curious if this really works, although using bleach right now isn't a great option...

How are you feeling? Pretty good.. the cramping has eased up (thank goodness!)
Do you have any appointment updates or news? We had an elective ultrasound done on Saturday and we are please to announce we're having a little girl! I'm so excited!
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I think I'm ok, but I'm sending Ts and Ps to all those in need!
QOTW: It's officially fall! What is your favorite thing to do in the fall? I live in South Florida, so I don't experience the season change, unfortunately. It's actually been raining almost everyday so that's a tad annoying. I guess my favorite thing about fall is knowing that winter is not too far behind!
How are you feeling? I am really just growing accustom to the nausea at this point (kind of sad but true). Other than that I feel okay. I have the general pregnancy discomfort but I'm okay with that.
Any big changes this week? Just making it to V-day.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Next appointment is 10/20. I have my orders to do my 2 hour GTT prior to that appointment.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Not for me this week, but could I request some T&Ps for a friend? (Loss mentioned)
The daughter if a friend of mine passed on Monday night at 16 months old. She had an extremely rare genetic disorder. We all knew that she would not have a long life, but no one was prepared to say goodbye right now. They were told at their A/S that she would not survive birth, and if she did, that she would only live minutes to hours. Well, she proved them wrong. She had several surgeries and life was not easy, but she had been doing great this past month. She was getting stronger, started to roll and even started to say mama and dada. Unfortunately she was not able to recover from a seizure on Monday night. Her parents are preparing for their final goodbyes today, and she will be buried tomorrow. A wonderful friend made a "forever outfit" for her out of her mother's wedding dress (appropriate as she was a honeymoon baby). My heart is so broken for them. They are also going through this as they try to prepare to welcome a little boy into this world in just 3 short weeks. If you could just offer up a prayer for strength and peace for them, I'm sure it will be felt! Thank you!
QOTW: It's officially fall! What is your favorite thing to do in the fall? I love all things fall and all things pumpkin. I was hoping to take DS to the orchard this weekend to do some apple picking, but our favorite apple (honey crisp) is not ready yet. Maybe next weekend.
@slling - YAY for the maternity pants. It feels so good when you don't feel restricted by the waist of normal pants anymore.
@KJsbabe - I hear you on the yoga pants. I just wish I could wear them to work. LOL

@Mom2anAngel2 I'm so, so sorry for the loss of your friend's little girl. Many T&Ps going out to them as they go though this hard time of saying goodbye to one child and welcoming another.

@Mom2anAngel2 so sorry for your friend and sending T&P's their way.
The maternity pants are amazing since I sit at a desk most of the day, and we all know that pants fit tighter when we sit, well at least mine do. I actually gained a bit of weight the is not necessarily baby because I went from dieting to lose weight (took me 3 years to lose 80 lbs the old fashioned way) and about a week after I got pregnant my blood sugar was causing me to get sick because I wasn't eating enough. So where most people only eat an extra 200 calories or so, I am eating more than I was. Being tired sucks...
@KJsbabe never heard of using the little packets from purses, might have to give it a try. I have a few things on the grocery list to try to make pumpkin doughnut muffins this weekend...

How are you feeling? I’ve been feeling pretty good. I’ve had some bloating issues with my ankles and my hands but that’s about it.
Any big changes this week? No big changes – she’s moving around a ton this week and I’ve had to pee a lot more but nothing huge.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? My next appointment isn’t until 10/15 – I have to do the 1 hour glucose test at that time.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Nope – I’m good. But I’ll send out all the T&P’s I can to those who need them this week.
QOTW: It's officially fall! What is your favorite thing to do in the fall? Oh I love the fall – there are so many things I love to do. Football games, read outside, open all the windows, dig out the boots and the sweaters, so many wonderful fall things. If I had to pick one, I think I would go with sweaters – I miss my sweaters.
@sllinge Ah maternity pants are heavenly! Last night my BFF commented that I probably wanted to go home and change into sweats – I reminded her that everything I wear now is similar to sweats – just in nicer styles LOL

@peggels24 I actually told this to my dad the other day, they are like wearing sweatpants and no one at work has any idea. My dad likes to call them fat pants so I may or may not also refer to them in that way sometimes. MH seems to enjoy that they are easy to get off... men...
@asglover514 We are actually moving our office to a bedroom and the office will be baby's room based on size and location so I have to move a large queen bed to the basement, not sure what I will sdo with it after. It was really expensive and in great shape...

@asglover514 - YAY for team blue! Why do you have a vaginal u/s at 15 weeks (why not trans abdominal)? Whatever the reason, I hope it is a good scan.

How are you feeling? I'm feeling great! I'm so happy to finally be able to enjoy being pregnant. Baby is finally moving around pretty consistently.
Any big changes? We found out we are team blue! Baby boys name is officially Noah Allen
Appts? Had an ob appt last week, nothing new to report. Next week we have an elective 3D ultrasound scheduled for free through the college program. I'm pretty excited about that!
T&P? No, for once things are looking up!
My favorite thing about fall is the weather & the changing leaves! Fall is such a beautiful season

@Sllinge We had to move a twin bed out of the room and to our basement, too. We got a big roll of plastic from Home Depot, wrapped the mattress and box spring up, and put in our storage room.
