BabyList Registry Option

Hi ladies! 

I've been using BabyCenter but just realized I have some friends using The Bump, so thought I'd share my findings on baby registries as a way to introduce myself to this community!

I'm due January 10th with my first -- a little boy. 

I had a lot of questions about potentially selecting a site like BabyList instead of the traditional Toys'R'Us registry when I first started working on my baby registry. I know many in my group asked the same questions so I decided to blog about my experience to help others that are going through the same thing.

    I'm most likely not getting a shower this time. With my first I registered at two stores that I know the people invited would shop at. I knew everyone going to my shower and know they aren't fans of doing things online. I guess if you are having a younger crowd, this would make sense. I liked going to the stores to get the free goody bags, though my toys r us/BRU on didn't come with a bottle, just a picture of one. lol The best gift bag was from Buy Buy Baby, no bottle, but a ton of samples.
