Need vacation ideas

We live in NY and would like to plan a vacation with the kids for the end of March. We've been to Disney World recently and drive to the beach every summer. Any other exciting ideas?

    Head north? (Like Canada) 
    Do a city trip (big city) if you like cities for a long weeken

    Where in NY (I think I know but can't remember)?

    How long of a trip? Do you want warm or are you okay with cold?

    I'd think about the Adirondacks if you like to hike and are okay with cold and snow.

    Or to another city with good museums and kid activities. Perhaps baltimore?

    We went to Chicago in August and it was a blast! So much stuff to do, perfect with kids. I can't wait to go back.

    Great Wolf Lodge just opened in central MA, I've heard great things. It's an indoor water park and getting a room there gets you entry to the park.

    @RondackHiker‌ we are about 30 mins NW of NYC (Rockland). We are open to anything fun. We go to the beach in the summer, so it doesn't have to be warm
