Babysitter/Nanny

      I am a Mom-Newbie with my first daughter and while I am still bonding with her and figuring things out my 90 day will be up end of Sept. Before I return to work I would like some peace of mind with suggestions for babysitters you've had experience with or places with wonderful feedback. I have family/friends that can help but I would like a backup in case things don't work out. I am located in Chandler/Gilbert area and work in Chandler/Ahwatukee area and may need someone to watch my baby girl for about 20hrs (2-10p Sat, 5-9p Sun and 5-10p Mon).
