I saw this corduroy toddler dress at a second hand store and thought it would be so cute on DD this fall, but I'm not sure how to complete this outfit. White shirt, white tights? Black shoes?

Patterned shirt, solid tights, or the opposite. That's what I'd do. It looks to be a neutral color so really, the world is your oyster--which may be overwhelming in and of itself. :-)
