kicking and arching. restless at night

Hi ladies,
5 mo old. .arching sometimes when I'm holding him and when he's in his high chair. .gas or just wants out or not to be held? & he kicks constantly while in his high chair and diaper changes..
Also, before bed it seems hard for him to wind down..tossing and turning..any ideas he always has a bottle before bed and sleeps through the night just takes forever to fall asleep...

    No advice but similar situation here. It has been taking 2-3 hours for DS to go down at night. I'm getting so sick of it. Then when he wakes at night, it's usually another 2 ish hours to go back down. Frustrating!!
