New stage of pregnancy

I know we're all different shapes & sizes so for some of you this may be old news, but I realized I hit a new stage... My belly can officially hold stuff like a table when I sit. Snacks? You bet. Cup? No problem. (Ok, so it's generally food stuff I have resting on there.. But still cool). Anybody experiencing any other pregnancy "perks"?

    Mine never did this even when I was full term.  I feel robbed.

    It holds my nightly bowl of ice cream perfectly! No waddle yet but I know it's coming sooner rather than later. My toddler also thinks it a great "bench" to sit on when I'm holding him, I don't enjoy this perk do much though lol.

    Can't quite use mine as a table but while I'm on the couch using my phone (like right now) I rest my arm on it. Usually I can see her kicking me enough for my arm to move up and down. It's pretty cool.

    This. He's not a fan of things pressing on his personal space. Even the dog gets kicked when she tries to cuddle.

    Mine too! It's amazing how just a little arm resting will get you punted like a football.

    Mine too, I feel like if I tried to use it as a table I'd just spill a lot.

    not at shelf stage yet for food but I do rest my book/kindle fire on the belly and she always kicks at it lol

    Can't quite use it as a table yet, but a lady did let me go ahead of her in a bathroom line the other night which I thought was very nice.

    Yeah this. Everyone I encounter seems to comment on the waddling at this point. I especially look ridiculous when I'm trying to make it to the bathroom because dude has kicked my bladder.

    Other perks include never having to check my fly (bc ya know, no fly on maternity pants) and everyone is super nice to you. (At least they are to me).

    Everyone is helpful and carry things (even light things which I don't get) also a few things that will happen in Jan./Feb. at work that I get out of :). We'd been trying for awhile, so everyone jokes that the timing was perfect ;) - Also one of our student field trips (on a Saturday) in December that I was told I can't go on even though it is a day trip - Yah me!!  Thankfully my coworkers are really nice about it- plus other than the trips and couple of things in Jan. I am leaving everything ready to go... at least that is the plan- I'm halfway to that lol
