Hump Day Have Tos

What do you have to do?  I give up keeping up with my list.  I asked DH last night if the one or two chores a night plan was working for him and he said no.  I agreed.  It's not working.  Nothing is getting clean and I am remembering why we hired someone two years ago...Tonight is cleaning night.  We are cleaning until 8pm and then it's time to watch tv and veg out.  Thankfully DD likes to help because the fun is going to start as soon as we get home from swimming.

On the list are:
bathrooms
vacuum
sweep/mop
fold laundry
wash dishes
wipe down the entire kitchen 

Other things...
swimming lessons
pack lunches
prep crock pot for tomorrow
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

    I'm not gonna lie, dizzy, I have no idea how you do everything you do! When I was teaching I would barely have time to make dinner. Chores never got done during the week.....and this was pre-kids! So you get tons of props from me.....as do all the teachers here!

    As for my list.....
    Empty dishwasher -- check!
    Start dinner in crockpot -- check!
    Tidy up
    Vacuum downstairs
    Clean kitchen
    Clean out stroller, which has gotten nasty
    Emails
    Steam asparagus, marinade, and chill
    Work

    Pack and store baby clothes that J has outgrown into space bags
    Email SIL back- done
    I would like to take J for a walk/stroll when he wakes up from his nap. It's such a nice fall day.
    Straighten up dining room table-it has become a catch-all mess.

    @raraavis22 I don't know how it gets done either.  I swear to you it's a miracle ever day.  I know how busy I am when I am home, I am dumbfounded by how it works when I am at work.  Shear determiniation and prayers I think :)

    Throw in a new load
    Bring down Fall decorations
    Ship orders

    it's not looking promising today since DS was up every hour last night and now i'm ded. 

     finish sewing 2 pairs pants for C
     rake carpets & spray 
     sew boppy cover
     edit C's photos
     shower
     dinner - thaw chicken stock
     shirred eggs for Th breakfast
     windex mirrors and glass
     sort tupperware
     wash and hang diapers
     soak wipes

    LONG road through IF ending in heartbreak and frustration.
    Moving on to Adoption : matched 5/14! 
    Our beautiful son was born August 25, 2014!!

    It's actually decent weather outside (below 90) so I'm refinishing some furniture while DH pressure washes the house and the kids play!
    We are going to attempt putting together the swing set we bought but that thing is in 58988 pieces!
