Sex and Belly Pressure

20 weeks and 5 days the belly is pretty good size. Tonight I had sex for the first time in a long time, I ended up on top (holding myself up) and the belly was pressed against my husband. I didn't think much about it till afterwards and of course the freak out comes. No spotting or anything. I just never put any kind of pressure on my belly and got worried. Anyone else experienced this?

    You're fine. It may feel uncomfortable, but your baby still has plenty of room in there.

    I don't have a problem being on top, but if you are that nervous about it again, try changing positions and having him behind you. Voila, no belly pressure. Good luck!

    I experienced this yesterday as normally we have assumed the spooning position since my uterus has made itself known, but DH was feeling randy and I ended up on my belly on the side of the bed. I thought for sure we had squished the baby and fatally hurt him. I feel him moving very frequently and even while walking sometimes, but after that I felt nothing even after pushing on him and trying to get him to move. We must have put him in a deep sleep or he was mad at us for not considering him bc he's moving around just like normal today! No worries, if we didn't hurt him with our crazy sexcapade I'm pretty sure it's next to impossible to do.
