Intro- 17 week mc

I had a natural miscarriage at 17 weeks after going to the emergency room for what turned out to be contractions.  After the delivery, my husband and I were able to hold our son and see whose features he was taking on.  It was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time.

This has been the hardest thing that I have had to go through to date, but I am thankful for all of the posters in this forum.  This shows me that I am not alone and gives me encouragement to keep living another day and to eventually be ready to try again.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm glad you were able to hold your son, though. *hugs*
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    KingLEDctk181FigureSkater8- Thank you all for your kind words.  DH and I are going to our first support group this afternoon.  I'm hoping that it goes well.

    I am so sorry for the loss of your son. I hope the support group went well and you and your DH were able to gain some support irl.

    4 losses - last one in september 2014 (9 weeks - male trisomy 15)

    High FSH and low ovarian reserve
