Frothing at the mouth - do any of your LOs do this? Twice now when Clara has gotten herself really worked up crying (in the car so I can't do anything about it right away) I find that she's got foamy spit bubbles all over her lips. It looks like she's got rabies. Normal?

I just noticed how DS (6 weeks) has been drooly and when he cries there's spit bubbles

DS is frothing as well. Especially in the car seat for some reason.
