Is there an option to account for BF? I know when I did WW years ago there was. If not, how many extra cals should I be factoring in? For some reason 500 sticks in my head, but I think that was in reference to extra calories burned while BF. In your experience, will supply drop if I don't add in extra calories? Should I focus more on excercise than cutting my calories?
