Hello and potty training chart?

Hi everyone! :D 

My son took the leap and went potty for the first time this week. I was so excited. I have bought a poster board and want to make a chart for him. Has anyone else done this and it been successful? Im thinking of just having 2 sections- pee and poop and after so many reward him somehow. 

What did you do?

MC: June 6 2010 @ 18 weeks
DS: December 19, 2011
MC: October 2, 2015 @ 14 weeks

    I love the idea and was thinking of doing the same thing for my daughter. We haven't done any sort of consistency with potty training. She currently just go randomly.

    We did a sticker chart with columns for the following:
    Asking/Telling us he needs to go (since this was something he struggles with)
    Pee
    Poop
    Pulling pants up/down on his own

    Once it's full up, he gets a small prize.
