I am enjoying our bsc threads and the overall snark lately don't get me wrong. But in an effort to feel emotionally better IRL myself I wanted to start this thread.

Plus we have a reputation guise that we are ruining!!!

So what are we thankful for today ladies???

I have a doctors appointment today, and after I get weighed I am coming home and making a pan of ghiradelli brownies. And I am thankful for them already!!!!

Despite being exhausted working, I am thankful for my job that keeps me focused on something besides anxiety about baby and motherhood.

On a lighter note, I have been watching a lot of Criminal minds lately and I am super thankful for this delicious eye candy:

I got my doctors appointment today and I didn't get a call back from them since my last appointment so that means I tested negative for diabeties. Yay Me!! Today's supposed to be like fall weather and I'm super excited about that since we are cleaning out the vechiles and installing the car seats and having them inspected!

I actually got cold last night! So thankful for fall weather, too! There is something so cozy about being s little cold and wrapping up in blankets and scooting closer to DH.

I'm thankful that I made it to 37 weeks! Im thankful that although I have GD since I am carrying a small baby my doctors are letting me go to 41 weeks. I am also thankful that I got a new position at work that I get to start when I come back from maternity leave. Also for the brownies I have to make now thanks to @angeltennis3‌

I am thankful that my baby is heathy and has a good appetite. I am also thankful for my husband. He is so thoughtful and helpful. I am not sure I'd have gotten through this without him. He's up every 2 hours with me so he can give her a bottle because that's how he can help her and me work through our BFing issues. He works so hard to make sure we're taken care of. I love him so much.

Oh, and that LO is still inside. She's gotta stay in until at least Friday afternoon, then she's got the green light to arrive whenever she wants!

I am thankful that my employer has been very understanding of all of my doctors appointments and are letting me work from home without issue. My managers have been great about it and keep telling me to look after myself and Schroeder and don't worry about work.

@Talkativ Hugs for sad visit to the hospital, but I am glad that your DS and DD took cues to be extra cute for you!

@kaylajade8911 Yay for having a place to live!

@theotherjacobsons I love that you say you love your DH. I am worried I will be cranky at him after pregnancy because so many people say that can be a side affect. I hope I find him helpful and sweet too!

I am super thankful for fall weather - the cooling temps are definitely helping my overall mood.

Glad DHs are being helpful and thoughtful all over this thread.

I'm thankful for my super organized (and sometimes bossy sister). If it wasn't for all of her help I don't think I'd get anything done. In a week we managed to set up the baby's room, wash and put away all of her clothes, and clean and organize every closet in my house! I would have never got all of that accomplished without her. I feel so much more relaxed now. She's going to be the best aunt ever!

@MrsSarahRenee‌ for me, having the baby has only strengthened our relationship. Sure we're tired and I have been cranky at times, but now that we have Tes, the little things don't seem to matter. If he'd been a total dick and/or super uninvolved, I am sure I'd be singing a different tune.

I'm thankful for the giant bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch that I just ate and my DH for thinking of me and buying it the other night.

Now I want a Chai latte.

I am so thankful to have a healthy thriving baby even though she was early and made quite the entrance. Also for DH. I always knew I got one of the good ones but wow. He's had to take care of me and DD. He's been waking up to keep me company even though it's completely unnecessary. He's been absolutely amazing. I didn't think I could possibly love him anymore than I did before but I was wrong. Seriously nothing sexier than a doting daddy ladies.

Our hospitol bag is now packed and by the door.
My great aunt pulled through another hospital scare yet again.

I second being thankful for finally getting my hospitol bag packed and ready to go.
I'm also super thankful for the bacon smell that is wafting from the restaurant'a kitchen into my office.
I'd be more thankful if I were enjoying some sort of bourbon maple bacon something....

I'm thankful for all the ladies who backed me up when I was accused of being racist. :x

I'm thankful for a Seahawks TD from the red zone because Red Robin does a free burger and fries on the Tuesday following the game when that happens.

I'm thankful that my due date is getting close: less than 3 weeks! I'm starting to get miserable (I know I'm lucky that this is just starting now, but misery is misery), and I'm glad that there is an end in sight.
I am also thankful for DH. We've had a really rough month and he has risen above it all to be here for me.

So, I know you guys know I'm going through some shit, but it's. SHITTY shit. It's bad. It's full-blown depression (to where I can't go in the nursery because the thought of having a baby is too depressing to me at this point--which I KNOW is the depression, because we want this baby! We planned for her!), and this board is like, the only distraction I'll have once I stop work in 5 work days. I'm thankful for that.

But because of this depression, I am SO thankful for my husband. I don't know how to really say this without sounding like a brat, but, I just don't have anything real I can complain about with him. I read the TP comments about husbands, and I sympathize, and no one is perfect. My husband has his faults. But. He is just. He's amazing. He makes me better than I could ever be without him. I have ZERO ideas about what exactly I did to deserve him. I married up.

I'm thankful to be done working now. Since I'm not running around like a crazy person, I don't hurt as bad. Plus I made 10 freezer meals today and called and got our cable bill lowered by $50 without losing any services, BOOM!!!!!

I am thankful today that I am home and not in the hospital. Also thankful for my flexible work schedule and understanding co-workers.

Also very thankful for my DH and my awesome Inlaws who are on their way to take me shopping because I need to get out of the house. Having an emotional day today!

I am thankful for my mother in law. She is super supportive and gives me great advice. My family has been bsc lately and it is nice to be able to talk to her about it and get her perspective.

I am thankful for my IL's and my Mother. They've been incredibly helpful and supportive while we are temporarily "homeless" until our house closes. I'm also thankful for a very sweet two year old who reminds me every day that life isn't as bad as it sometimes feels.
