My DH and I both hate doing dishes. Its the only thing we used to argue over... so we trade off and each do dishes every other night. And we are super serious about remembering whose turn it is. haha
I'm somewhere between the first 3? Haha. I'll be bad and let them go a couple days sometime to where it's borderline nasty, and then I'm like ugh! I have to do these! Then I'll be good for a day, day and a half and keep the sink cleaned out, then the next night I'll do all at once for a couple nights... Then repeat.

SS: all of the top 3 in rotation! when the house is clean, i am anal about putting every single dish right into the dishwasher. it's just silly not to. when the rest of the house is getting cluttered, i will tend to let the dishes go too. occasionally it will just get so backed up that it's comical. fortunately that doesn't happen often, though. usually there's either an empty, mostly empty or partially filled sink.
I try to do them as I go do I always get interrupted to they end up piling up. If it's a good night then I can finish when the kids go to bed... But it doesn't always work that way.
I need to have the day's dishes done before I go to bed. We have a dishwasher, but sometimes I'm too lazy to unload it so I hand wash the dishes just to get them out of the sink. DH is usually good at helping out.
We try to have them done at the end of the day but that doesn't always happen. We used to do a lot of hand washing but now with DD dishwasher it is!! The bottles and pump parts always end up being my responsibility- in fact DH and I just had a fight over it (he wanted to relax as if I actually had time to relax today)
I hate dishes in the sink. I rinse them and put them in the dish washer as I go. DH however rinses and leaves them in the sink. Drives me nuts! On the rare occassion he does but them in the dish washer, I cheer! Haha
Do them nightly, who ever cooked, the other does the dishes. Though since DD was born DH has done them more often than I have even though he cooks most nights.
We have a dishwasher but hardly use it.

Story of my life! I think my DH knows how anal I am and takes advantage!
I hate dishes! I definitely let them pile up. This worked in my favor this week, fiancé and I played each other in fantasy football... I won do he has to do dishes!
DH cooks and cleans up after himself, mostly making use of the dishwasher. I'm only in the kitchen to make baby food or bake, and I clean up after myself as well.
I do them as I go but bottles are a different story. I have a tub in the sink just for bottles and I wash them nightly. Sometimes DH will help out and wash the dishes from dinner.

Paper plates all the way. But that doesn't help with the bottles that have to be washed daily.
