   BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13.   For chocolate chips I always just use the nestle recipe but I use dark chocolate chips. As long as you don't melt the butter, they turn out SUPER pretty...I'm talking chocolate chip cookie perfection.
  
  You could make cake pops too. They take awhile to make but are really easy and they sell for a decent amount.
  
  I also make chocolate crikle cookies with dark chocolate cocoa and dark chocolate chips in them and they are phenomenal. Seriously, my favorite.

  I forget to mention your cookies will be ridiculously better if you use quality chocolate. Guittard or ghiradelli.

  I was going to suggest something similar to the cookie dough pretzel bites, except instead of a  cookie dough filling, I use equal amounts of peanut butter and powdered sugar.  I make them during Christmas and I always get lots of compliments on them.  I also appreciate that they are no bake cookies.
