Sun: Baked Ziti with sausage and salad Mon: Berlotti bean soup Tues: Italian tuna salad sandwiches Wed: Sausage and pepper sandwiches Thurs: Pork chops with blue cheese and balsamic glaze Fri: Chicken Tikka Masala Sat: Out
Sunday: crockpot chicken and noodles Monday: tacos Tuesday: leftovers because we go to storytime at 6 Wednesday: baked chicken with stove top (DHs pick) Thursday: breakfast for dinner Friday: leftovers Saturday: eat out
sun: kale, onion, and quinoa stuffed acorn squash; Dh made bruschetta with some delicious cherry tomatoes, too mon: turkey three bean chili again (the kid eats it, so it's in heavy rotation) tue: white bean sausage chard soup (also in heavy rotation) wed: tuna, white bean, and avocado arugula salad thu: Mexican one pot something or other fri: fried rice or leftovers
Also, I bought 2 frozen family size lasagnas last night at the grocery store for $5 each. I had no idea the premade ones were so cheap when on sale!! I may never make lasagna from scratch again.
