Temping in pregnancy question please help

Since I'm at risk of yet another mc I decided to keep temping. My question is about bbt. I temp at 7am but for hours before hand I toss and turn. This morning at 7am my temp was 37 Celsius but I woke last night and took my temp around 3am and it was 36.7. So as that was my lowest temp is that my bbt? Or should I stick with the one I got at 7am? Thanks

Hugs to you. I don't have experience with temping but I recommend that if temping is stressing you out more then maybe to stop and ask for some betas if you haven't already. Thinking positive thoughts for you.

Your 3am temp isn't reliable because it's too far outside of your normal testing time. But if you're tossing and turning before your normal time, that's not all that reliable either. Honestly, I'd try to put the thermometer down. Temps are not a reliable predictor of pregnancy outcome, and questionable temps are not going to do anything but stress you out. I'd ask for betas if you haven't already.

ETA: Now I remember, you're waiting for beta 2...I'd definitely just wait for that and stop temping.

I would stop temping. It really may not tell you anything and will probably just stress you out. For example- I started temping after I had my miscarriage/D&C and my temps were still really high. So had I kept temping, that "high" temp would have falsely made me think everything was OK. I temped for a bit after my BFP this cycle but decided it really wasn't giving me any information. And I had a totally unnecessary freak out one morning when it was on the lower side. My advice- stop temping.

I would stick with the 7am one still. Assuming you toss and turn every night, the temp would still have been taken under normal circumstances and after more than 3 hours of sleep. But I agree that it's time to put the thermometer down. Temps aren't a good indication of wether you'll miscarry or not.
