Baby bullet

If you have one do you like it? Is it worth it?

Re: Baby bullet

  • I know it's not something we need, but I like all the stuff it comes with. We don't have a food processor and my blender is at my moms house- and I feel a little weird using the blender after using it to make all our alcoholic beverages. I was talking to my mom about wanting one and she said it might make a good bday or XMas gift.

  • We have the regular magic bullet (the same thing but not marketed for babies) and love it. As in, use it at least once a day, the most used device in my kitchen (other than the coffeemaker. :)

I'm planning to just use the magic bullet we have for LO's food. My two cents, I'd just buy the regular one for the versatility. But TBH I haven't looked lately at what accessories come with the baby bullet v. the magic bullet, so maybe consider that?
  • Thanks @Katzalia‌- I just looked into the magic bullet and its $10 cheaper, but I would still have to buy small containers and I like that the baby bullet comes with a baby cookbook.

  • @Helmink0804‌ , there you go, accessories for the win. :)

I might have to check out the baby bullet after all.
  • I just found someone I went to high school with selling one for $30 brand new!

  • We have one and I like it. BUT, we don't have a food processor and our blender is crap. If I already had these I wouldn't have spent the money. They're the same thing. Actually now I use my baby bullet as our food processor. You can also use a coffee grinder to mill grains.

For containers instead of buying more expensive baby bullet containers I just freeze food in ice cube trays then transfer to a freezer bag. And hit up the library and wholesomebabyfood.com for more recipes.

  • I have heard they break after a while. I got a magic bullet brand Nutribullet as a gift and I LOVE it. It makes purees quick and the perfect consistancy, plus I use it to make smoothies for us and DS1.
