R - we've been getting a lot of outside projects done lately and it's kind of exciting

AW - I had my first official sale from my Etsy store today!! And I have some custom orders in the works also.

V - I freakin pulled DSs elbow out of it's socket this morning. WTF??? We spent an hour at Urgent Care since his pedi was closed and it popped right back in but uuuugggghhhh!!! I just pulled him up from laying down and he started screaming; non stop, anytime we moved him. I have never felt more awful. A few minutes after the Dr popped it back in he looked at H and I, lifted one arm, said "this arm good!" then lifted the other arm, "this arm good too! Both arms good!!". So I at least felt better then.

R - We are trying to workout details for our kid free weekend next week!

AW- I ran a 6.6 mile leg of a Marathon relay today. Our team finished with an average pace of 10:27 per mile!

V - I am grouchy as fuck and my kids are annoying me.

Random: we are going to try Apple picking tomorrow.
Aw: I got two hours at Starbucks to get some stuff done for work and a two hour nap!
Vent: I might have to move schools because our attendance is low. Just what I needed, more stress on top of my grief.

R- had a family date night. Dinner & park. Great night!

V- super edgy past couple days. Probably lack of running! Gah! Tomorrow!!

Aw- wore my skinny jeans on a date tonight. They were loose!

Aw: We went to the apple orchard/farm stand this morning. We picked a 1/2 bushel of apples and bought a pumpkin, two huge heads of cauliflower, a dozen ears of sweet corn. I spent nearly all day cooking and prepping fruit and veggies!

Vent: I sliced my finger. Not while in the kitchen, but fixing the dog's brand new collar, the clasp got stuck. Ouch!!!

Random: DS fell in love with his cousin's red rain boots when we were visiting them so my mom bought him a pair of his own red rain boots. He has worn them and no other shoes since getting them.

Random: DD2 has started rubbing my baby belly to fall asleep at night and she says " I lovin' Jack" it's seriously the cutest thing ever!

R: I'm currently obsessed with salted iced coffee. Weirdly delicious

AW: next week I have a kids-free disneyland date with my bestie. We're going to drink and go on all the big kid rides! This is probably weird and flame worthy to many of you =P

V: we have an Amex that we use for almost everything and pay off every month. I forgot to schedule the payment this month and when I went online to pay it, I was a day late. I'm going to be pissed if we get charged a late fee and they won't remove it. We've used it regularly and paid in full on time every month for 8 years.

AW: LO rolled back to belly for the first time today.

V: I still haven't ate breakfast and it's 9:30 and I'm starving.

R: I accidently bought hot chocolate salted caramel K-cups. I thought they were salted caramel coffee but the hot chocolate's cool.

AW: I am going away this weekend with DH

V: I DS is getting sick...he's been very whiny, sleeping a lot, and super clingy.

I would have guessed that too....if it had been the first, you would have been TheZenChicken or TheZenPigeon

SIL's wedding was yesterday.....it was a really fun (kid-free!) time until the very end when SFIL almost got into a fistfight w/ one of the groomsmen. DH was one of the ones calming him down, but then he got all pissy on the ride home and we got into a horrible argument, so it ended up being a terrible ending to a pretty good day.

But we made up today, and have agreed to do some counseling together again (not gonna go into tons of detail, but we've had a rough time of it lately marriage-wise), so happy ending?

Today we were both just wanting to die all day long. We probably got to sleep around 3 AM....boys were up by 6:30....and were extra clingy and wanting attention since our absence yesterday. They had an early bedtime, and I promised myself I'd go right to bed afterwards.....but of course, I'm Bumping instead.

Here's a random: Scrolling through FB and apparently a tornado touched down in my town this morning between my neighborhood and my mom's! I had heard winds pick up and rain pour down like crazy around that time but no sirens.....there are pics of all these trees uprooted, houses w/ roofs and windows destroyed.....yet my area is fine, as is my mom's (we're 10 minutes away). So odd how one spot got hit so bad....I feel so bad for those people too.

I saw this. I know people who live in that area. In fact, that is where DS's preschool is. So scary because the alarms never went off!

Random: My kids are up early (6:00) every single morning, EXCEPT days we have to be somewhere at 8:45. They are still sleeping at 8:10.

AW: DS is doing such a great job playing soccer. We had problems last year with him getting angry with the game and either stomping off the field or pouting. He finally seems to get that "it is all part of the game." When someone takes a ball, or he misses a goal, I can see in his face that he is determined to just try, try again. I love his perseverance!

Vent: We went to DS's soccer game yesterday. They are 4 years old. Despite it being freezing cold and raining, they continued with the games. I am sure this is going to be one of a long line of games/practices of sitting in cold/rain/snow, but I am still cold this morning!

Vent #2: My youngest sister has been in a relationship with a guy for 3+ years. He is a decent enough person, but the whole family some very valid concerns about him. They just sprang on my parents that he got a job out in San Francisco. My sister, who spent the entire day at my house yesterday, did not say anything about it to me. I also spent most the day on Saturday with both my sisters and not a word was spoken. I just found out last night from my mom. My sister is so damn secretive! It makes it hard for me to feel bad for her when she calls crying that she needs to get her life in order and looking for advice, but only shares half the information.
