Breastfeeding

Brr! It's cold in here!

Can breast feeding cause you to be cold? I don't think I'm sick, but I always have the chills. Didn't know if it could be a side effect.

    I can't say it's ever happened to me, usually the opposite in the beginning, major sweating. But hormones are weird things, so who knows!

  • I've been sleeping with a sweater on! So for me yes. I figure my body is devoting a lot of energy to milk production so maybe that's why? Or weird hormones.
