Where do you buy Dekor diaper pail bags?

We use a Dekor diaper pail, and it's fine, but I haven't found a good place to buy the bags. I have bought from Amazon and Target online, but I don't like having to pay shipping. I don't think Target has them in-store. Is there a place to buy them in a store or somewhere with free shipping? Or a different cheaper brand that is still compatible?

You can use regular trash bags. I use the scented Hefty ones.
