I am 6w6d and have had two blighted ovums in the last year. I went to my first appt on Friday and my doctor did a regular ultrasound instead of an internal, which I found odd. She says she could see a heartbeat but it was too early to hear. I go back in two weeks to finally hear it. I am ecstatic because we've never gotten this far before but I can't help but feel like this isn't real. I'm still checking for blood everytime I go to the bathroom. Does it ever get easier? Will I ever get to the point where I can just enjoy being pregnant?

    Congratulations! PgAL brain is tough. I was a super TP inspector during first tri and most of second, but eventually I just peed in peace and went on to worrying about other things.

    Congrats! I know things got a little more enjoyable last time when I felt movement in the 2nd tri, until then I  was a wreck and I feel this time will be the same. Still a wreck waiting for my flutters right now but not losing hope! I hope you stay for a H&H 9 months!

    Congrats! It's really hard, especially in the early weeks while you wait to find out the next bit of good news. I don't obsessively check TP anymore, but I did for many many many weeks. Fx that you have a very boring, healthy pregnancy.

    Congrats! I'm still checking at 23 weeks. I know I never stopped worrying with DS until after delivery, so I don't expect this time to be any different.

    Thank you all. I'm a worrywart by nature so PGAL brain is not helping. I'm continuing prayer for a healthy happy baby.
