Symptoms: Sore back, round ligaments ache--oh the streching!
Updates/appointments/AW: Appointment next Tuesday. Installed car seat bases in our cars. Started putting together things for the hospital bag.
GTKY: I was 2.5 weeks early and born in the evening. My mom and I interupted the doctor's late evening dinner because he thought I would be awhile and I had other ideas!
~~Signature~~
Me: 36, DH: 38, Together since: 2006, Married: 9/2011 **TW Living Child**
Symptoms: I've actually slept well 2 nights in a row! And I probably just jinxed myself! The rest is the same as every other week. My back hurts. I'm tired. Feed me.
Updates/appointments/AW: We are going tonight to re-do the 3d ultrasound since she was hiding her face last time. Super excited! Prenatal massage in the morning and hopefully getting something (anything!) accomplished with the nursery this weekend. Had an appointment on Monday and all looks good!
GTKY: I have no idea when I was actually due... I was 7lbs 7oz. though so it doesn't sound like I was too early or too late? I was born 3 in the morning on a Tuesday.
Symptoms: Sciatic nerve and restless legs (not a good combo) Everything else is pretty good, just tired.
Updates/appointments/AW: Today is my last day at work until January 5th! Woohoo! September 22nd I go for my 32 week checkup. Just a quick AW...the group at work gave me a little surprise shower and the darn near bought everything off my registry! Super excited!
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was a week late, born in the morning
Symptoms: Nothing too bad. I just feel really big and like my abdomen can explode any second since it is stretched to the max. And the kid is supposed to gain about 1/2 pound per week for the remainder of the pregnancy - how is there room?!?
Updates/appointments/AW: DH and I have been going to birth classes at the hospital. Last night we went to one that is specifically for people that want to delay or skip the epidural. I feel very calm about the birth and pretty confident that I can handle this. And I love how my hospital is so supportive of epidural-free deliveries.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was a scheduled C-section. My mom had a horrible delivery with my older brother that ended up being an emergency C-section, so she had no choice but to have a RCS with my.
Symptoms: BPs trending higher, but my other tests are still coming back normal and I don't have symptoms, so still just on pre-e watch. Most everything else is typical pregnancy stuff: tired, not sleeping great, grouchy
Updates/appointments/AW: I'm checking my BP at least 3 times a day, more if I feel like I'm getting a headache or feeling a little off, so far, my highs are trending right at the pre-e cusp of 140/90. Checking my urine for protein every other day. My urine check I did on myself the other day showed a UTI too, so I dropped a sample off at the lab and am waiting for culture results to treat that. My appointments are every 2 weeks now, but may step up to weekly if any more warning signs develop. I really want to keep this baby inside until November!
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I think I was right on time, but not sure. I know I was born on a Sunday because all of my siblings were too, otherwise, I don't know much. Guess I could call my mom and ask! LOL
Symptoms:Just threw up so now i'm having cheesecake for breakfast.
Updates/appointments/AW: Hospital tour tomorrow. Yesterday DD and I set up the pack n play in our room. We worked on how to hold a baby, be gentle, kisses..
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth?
I was born on my due date. A snowy thursday night in january. TGIF!
Symptoms: Swollen feet by the end of the day, some really gnarly nose bleeds (that seem to have stopped for now) and things are feeling heavier. Starting to curse my 3 floor walk-up apartment every time I come home.
Updates/appointments/AW: Had my OB check-up on Monday and things are still on-track and looking "normal". My doctors don't ever seem to use the word "perfect" or even "great" - they over-emphasize that things are "normal" or "average". Just kinda funny, always thinking in the back of my head, "Don't worry, I'm not going to sue for you using a positive/negative adjective to describe my pregnancy!"
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was right on-time and born in the early evening at 6pm. According to my mom, an "old school" doctor was on duty and when my head was too big to come out, they used forceps which caused my dad to faint. Glad they don't use those anymore - oweee my poor mom! X_X
Symptoms: Tons. All those annoying painful third tri symptoms, also still taking my anti nausea meds. I'm sick all day if i don't. Gd is kicking my butt. My sugars are still very high even with my glyburide.
Appointments. 2 on the 25th. An ultrasound and meeting with the high risk Dr.s and then one with my reg Dr.
Don't know when i was born, but mom said she was in labor with me for 3 days. Ouch.
Warning

Updates/appointments/AW: No big updates- begin appointments every other week starting Monday
GTKY: I was born on a Saturday afternoon (5 days late). Delivered by an intern because my mom waited too long to get to the hospital and I beat the Doctor there!
Symptoms: I'm large and in charge. That's all you need to know. (Okay, but seriously, I'm just really tired and uncomfortable. I have a desk job but somehow at the end of the day my legs feel like they did after a long run).
Updates/appointments/AW: Had a cervical check this week and I'm still looking fantastic *insert spirit fingers here*. My worry is starting to shift from PTL to being concerned these babies aren't going anywhere and are going to need to be evicted when the time comes (which will be fine, but I might stab my OB if he suggests we leave them in there any longer than 38 weeks -- considered full term for twins. I'm pregnant. Don't judge me.)
I don't think we're going to get any more cute 3D photos because the babies are just too crowded -- plus they always have their heads together. I think they're conspiring against me.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was born at 38 weeks (according to my mom, she was miserable and sick of being pregnant so she started walking up and down the stairs until she went into labor). I was born the next day in the early afternoon.

Symptoms: Heartburn and Indigestion. Its also so hard to sleep at night!!
Updates/appointments/AW: I received my completion coupon today and we are almost finished with all of our baby classes. Miss Emmy is going to be here soon!!
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? I was born two weeks early at 6:36 am. I was the first baby for my mom and dad.
Symptoms: Increase in Braxton-Hicks lately. Other than that, I'm feeling well.
Updates/appointments/AW: Baby was doing great at my appt. on Tuesday. Measuring right on, head down (although that could change), and healthy heart rate. Grow, baby, grow!
I also found out that my co-workers are throwing me a shower! I didn't think I was going to have one because the one in my hometown was canceled. I'm nervous about the gifts part, but I'm excited about celebrating the baby with my friends from work.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was a very late baby born in the middle of the night. I was due in June and finally made an appearance the second week of July. My poor mom.
Symptoms: Insomnia, sciatica, a pulled muscle in my lower back
Updates/appointments/AW: Just had an appt today. Measuring 1 week ahead and all is well. My Sprinkle is tomorrow. Can't wait!
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was 1.5-2 weeks late and born in the morning, around 11:30am.

#2-BFP: 3.17.14~EDD: 11.28.14~ It's A Girl!~Shooting for a VBAC
Symptoms: I have huge, swollen feet by the end of the day....switching to fall shoes is going to be an issue. I also am having a really hard time sleeping and rolling over in bed....I just feel like a giant.
Updates/appointments/AW: I had my 32 week appointment on Tuesday. My blood pressure was higher than it's ever been...but they didn't seem concerned. Baby is head down and, as expected, has her feet in my ribs.
GTKY: I was born a week before my due date in the late afternoon.
Symptoms: GD, had my first mostly sleepless night, it sucked. Only got about 2 hours. I know it'll happen after the baby gets here but I need my sleep for the baby! Argh! I don't handle lack of sleep well. Should be fun when the baby gets here! Updates/appointments/AW: We have our first 2-week appointment on Thursday. We get to have an ultrasound to check on growth. I'm excited to see our little one again. GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was 2 weeks late. Mom's water broke right after they got home from their going away party (Dad got his orders and they were moving to Italy). I was born Easter Sunday morning. The first stop on the way home from the hospital was getting my passport picture taken! LOL
Symptoms: Hip pain like crazy. I've realized I can't sit upright with my feet under the seat of a chair at all. So foot-propping it is! I'm having sinus issues, but we have a wildfire close-by, so that probably has more to do with it than Artoo.
Updates/appointments/AW: Biweekly appointments now. I'm supposed to go in for an echocardiogram on my heart because of a defective heart valve (which I've known about for years and never causes me any problems), but no one has called me to schedule it. The OB who suggested it is known for being overly cautious, and the one I saw this week said there was probably no need for concern since I delivered DD with no problems. I also took DD to my appointment this week, and she loved hearing Artoo's heartbeat and watching mommy get a shot. She told me I was very brave
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was 3 days early and born at 5:30 pm. My mom was in labor for 19 hours, which I never heard the end of. Then when I had DD, I realized that 19 hours for a first-time mom is actually pretty average!
First: Gene Kelly is my spirit animal. That gif is putting me in my happy place.
EED/Weeks: November 28th /30 week old cucumber
Symptoms: SPD is actually manageable thanks to Epsom salt baths but full time exhaustion has kicked in. Also getting sharp pains in my ladybits that make me want to cross my legs and curl in the fetal position. either she's kicking my cervix, or her hand will poke through any minute.
Updates/appointments/AW: nada. But I'm actually getting a big belly, which is nice.
GTKY: I was a full two weeks late, born just before 11:00pm. I hope this one isn't as stubborn as I was.
Symptoms: Just generally a little more uncomfortable as I get bigger... seems like everyone I see is asking, When are you due?!
Updates: Had an appointment yesterday. Going through a growth spurt (hopefully baby, and not just me)! Gained 4 lbs in two weeks, and I'm measuring 3 weeks ahead. Gotta lay off the sugar just in case...
GTKY: Mom says I was "around on time." Born at 6pm, after an epi, episiotomy, and forceps!! Can't believe my head got clamped. Made it anyway!
Symptoms: Trouble sleeping, exhaustion, and overall discomfort
Updates/appointments/AW: We've got a busy week! I have an ultrasound on Monday to check my placenta, our hospital tour is Wednesday night, I have a regular appointment on Thursday afternoon and a breastfeeding class on Thursday night. Oh, and my coworkers are throwing me a shower, but that isn't for a few weeks yet.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I think I remember my mom saying that I was a week early. I was born at 10 pm.
Symptoms: Nothing new really. My balance is definitely getting worse. I fell over a couple of times when I was looking at the bottom shelves at the store :P
Updates/appointments/AW: I have an appointment on Monday. I'm excited as it seems forever since I've seen the baby's heart beating. After that I go to two weeks. My baby shower is next weekend and I am SO EXCITED!!!
GTKY:Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was pretty much on time though I don't think on my exact due date and I was born just shy of 7 in the morning. My mom hasn't told me the labor story yet... I'm a little afraid to ask, LOL.
Symptoms: Heartburn has begun (I have never had it before, Ever!), still can't brush my teeth without puking in the morning, high bp continues to plague me (no other signs of pre-e)
Updates/appointments/aw: I am still doing bi-weekly NSTs. I see the MFM on Tuesday and my normal doctor on Wednesday. Tuesday will be my growth scan. I am excited and nervous. AW: I survived a week and a half without upping my bp meds.
GTKY: I was born near my due date. Not sure how close though. I was born at 6:08 pm. My dad missed it. He wouldn't have gone in for the c section anyway, but it is the principle.
Symptoms: Um... every possible one out there? The worst today is constipation. Why oh why??? I feel like I'm going to burst. Also heartburn has been terrible. We just got back from my grandma's funeral in PA--it was a long 7 hour ride each way, but DH was a hero and drove the entire way so I could awkwardly move around to try to stay comfortable.
Updates/appointments/AW: We've had two weeks of birth class. I don't really like our instructor, but the class itself has been pretty informative. It really helped to learn all the terms and I actually feel like I might be interested in doing an intervention free birth. I plan to play it by ear.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth?
I was a week late. My dad always laughs and says that he had my mom out walking 6 miles a day to try to get labor started, LOL. I was born around 5pm.
Symptoms: Achy pelvis/hips, more frequent BH. Babe is running out of room to move so every twist and turn is super pronounced.
Updates/appointments/AW: Appointment last Thursday! Baby was measuring right at 32wks, head down but posterior - time to break out the exercise ball and try to quit slouching. My iron is stiiiilllll lowwwwwww... but didn't drop any more, so hopefully I will be able to maintain and even inch it up a little, gradually, a bit at a time.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I'm not sure! I think I was a little "late", but not much. I was an afternoon baby, born via C-section due to having a large head (still do!) and being posterior. My fun story is that the doctor slipped while trying to pull me out of my mom and fell on top of her/us. GOOD JOB DOC.
Symptoms: holy cow the heartburn, getting uncomfortable and harder to get up, not much of an appetite, and barely getting more than an hour or two of sleep at a time during the night.
Updates/appointments/AW: all was well at the 32 week appointment and managed to run a 5k Saturday morning.
GTKY: Were you an early late or "on-time" baby? Were you a morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night birth? I was two weeks late, was born around 4am, and came out so fast the doctor barely caught me in time. The two weeks I was overdue was the only time I didn't have my poor mom sick and throwing up with HG...
Re: ~^^^Friday/Saturday Ticker Change Check-In^^^~
Updates/appointments/AW: Appointment next Tuesday. Installed car seat bases in our cars. Started putting together things for the hospital bag.
