What's on the agenda today?

A didn't get his little motorized dog yesterday because he didn't seem to like any we saw at the store. He did take to an Etch-A-Sketch though.

He's been crying at DC drop-off this week. I'm not sure why this is bothering him all of a sudden but it's hard on DH also. He feels bad leaving him.

My cousins wife is having her baby today!!!! She went into labor this morning. She was due to be induced on Oct 1. I'm super excited!

@caishov in all seriousness people will probably take pics of your plates too because they will find it hilarious so yeah I'd get new ones for that reason only.

This reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with fusilli Jerry and the Proctologist that had ASSMAN plates.

@caiShov - I feel like someone pulled a prank on you. I would pay the $ but begrudgingly. So sorry! Can you keep the 69 one?

I got suckered into taking care of the food for a team meeting today. While I was wheeling out the cart of food to the elevator it hit my heel and tore skin and REALLY effin hurt! now it hurts to walk and bend my ankle at all. I need to ice it but how could I got about icing something at work....

@LizB8943 - I lost all self control when I saw that Carters was having that sale yesterday. I bought some stuff online for E and I can't wait to get my shipment! Downside: I had to go home and confess to DH that I went over our budget without talking to him first. <deflated>

GD Carter's. I just got a shipment of clothes, except it isn't my order. The address on the bag and all the items in the packing slip are correct, but I obviously got items that were meant to go elsewhere. It's full of girl clothes in size 4T.

@CFox815 I was thinking it would be hilarious to keep them and make suggestive gestures at anyone who gives them a second glance, but there are so many weirdos out there. I've been followed in my car by aggressive creepers before. Can you imagine how many pervs this kind of plate would attract?

@CaiShov I almost wish you would have told them you special ordered it but they got it wrong. You could have said you requested IMASLUT just to see their reaction.

ETA: I love the sense of urgency on your part, @CaiShov. I would have procrastinated knowing it meant a visit to the DMV.

And to be a total AW: C achieved forward motion today. Yup, my kid can crawl forwards now and I couldn't be more proud. Or scared.

I have a lot of dreams that come true and major cases of Deja vu all the time. I can also read tarot cards and I like to interpret other people's dreams. I've also seen ghosts.

I get Deja vu pretty often also. I've also had experiences with ghosts and/or spirits. I really don't talk to many people about it outside of my family. It gives DH the creeps.

When I lived in VA I used to play with a little girl. She was around my age 9 dressed in clothes from the 1700s. She had blond hair worn in little ringlets with a cap. The first time I saw her she was glowing. She came into my room and told me not to be afraid. I used to make up stories about people drowning in the nearby lake and coming back to dance in our house. There was also something in the same house that would lay on top of when I was sleeping. I saw my great grandmother after she died too. She told me not to be afraid just like the little girl did.

@tgrimes1980 The very first one I remember was when we had moved into a new house, and had not been there long. My sister and I shared a room, and one night after my mom tucked us in the covers seriously lifted right off of her as if someone grabbed the edge up by her shoulders and pulled it down and folded it at her feet. My mom saw it too.

@kamakaziartist‌ My mom had my sister and I sleep in the living room that night. There were a lot of strange things that happened at that house. We had events at other homes after that also.
