  • The Good: Not too much this week
    The Bad: I did not track my food intake consistenly this week, nor did I exercise
    The Proud: See "The Good"
    The Plan: I'm taking the weekend to decide what I want to do. I still have 10 lbs I want to lose before we burn the bench next month and I need to figure out how to get there.

    QOTW: I would love to have a treadmill. It would be great for anytime of the year here.

  • The Good: What have you done to stay on track?
    - I started the walk to 5K app, made it through a couple of days.
    The Bad: What didn't go well?
     - I really wanted to start working out in the morning and have yet to drag myself out of bed
    The Proud: Anything specific you are excited about?
     - Did pretty well sticking to a low carb/good carb diet.
    The Plan: What are you going to do?
     - I think I need to try the South Beach approach again but need to plan it out. I also have pinned quite a few crockpot and freezer recipes and want to try those out again because our weeknights are filling up and if I don't have dinner planned ahead of time we end up hitting a drive through and that's not good for the waist or the wallet.

    QOTW: If you could pick one piece of fitness equipment to use what would it be?  I would have the say the treatdmill...though I do enjoy a good video too, if the DVD player counts as equipment?

    About me  2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!

  • Way to go @ dani_brewer! I live in a very hilly area and can't run a lot. I try, but usually fail. 

    @bearfootz good luck with your 5K app. I have a 5K I plan to do in November and really need to get back out to walk.
