Where do you put your LO to shower?

I'm having a hard time finding a place to put him while I shower. The hubby helps, but if he's not home then I'm out of luck. He's crawling and creeping and hates to sit still. We no longer have the infant car seat and I think he would scream in the stroller just sitting. Where do you put your little one?

I put her in a little bouncer on the floor in the shower. Buckle her in and give her some toys and she's happy just long enough for me to take a quick shower.

Won't let me edit. She's not in the shower with me - she's in the bouncer on the bathroom floor right outside of the shower.

DS used to always be in the bathroom in the little bouncer/vibrating seat we had until he out grew it. Now he always wants a little power nap from about 4-4:30pm so I shower quick then. Sometimes I'll just put him in his crib with a few toys and he'll play for a while. I just take the monitor with me so I can keep an eye on him. DH works until late most nights so I almost always shower before he gets home.

I don't have an exersaucer. That sounds like it would be great! I have to try the crib, he's so fussy, but maybe it will work.

If I'm home alone I wait till DS first nap. Otherwise DH watches him

usually with hubby but if thats not an option then in the exersaucer with toys.

I shower at night when the kids are in bed (I hate the thought of dirty sheets!), but if that's not an option for you, maybe a pack n play. I put DD in that or the exersaucer when I'm cooking.

In the shower with me. The kids play while I shower. Then I soap them up. It's easy and its the only way I'd ever get to shower.

I shower at night when she's sleeping. Just makes life easier.

This. I put him on the floor of the shower with a few toys and take my shower. When I'm done I sometimes soap him up too. Sometimes I figure just the rinse he got while sitting there was enough.

I put him in his empty tub with toys while I shower. But our new house has a bigger bathroom so I'll just bring the jumparoo in there with me.

I shower immediately after I put her down for a nap. She takes 10 minutes or so to fall asleep on her own, so she usually conks out just as I am getting out of the shower.

Me either! My LO does love the water...so maybe this is another good idea!

Crib with toys. The bathroom is literally 10 feet from his room and I leave both doors open and shower quickly. I haven't had a long shower in forever!

He's usually still asleep and if not I place the exersaucer at the bathroom doorway infront of my full length mirror. He could entertain himself for hours that way!

@SandFHasse & @jcwinsto This might be a stupid question but do you put LO in anything? Or just set them in there with some toys? Logan sits up awesome but I'd still worry about him falling over with the soap and everything. But I like this idea. Killing 2 birds with one stone. Yes, please!!

She goes in the bouncer or jumper. I don't think I could shower with her, I like my showers far too hot. Also I feel she would fall over or that would fall over her with my awesome coordination

I usually shower after dd goes to bed but If I have to any another time and DH isn't home I put her in the bumpo right in front of the shower so she can see me. I don't know how much longer that is going to last though so might have to come up with something else.

@JennaRaek Nope. At first he just sat down there. Now he adventures around the tub. We did the same thing with DD. They share toys and she plays with bubbles. He really likes the drain so most of the time he squishes between my ankles to play with it.

I shower at night when DD is in bed and DH is there. Or if she is content I'll put her in the pack n play and grab a quick shower
