I'm a terrible cook in the kitchen on a good day. Now that baby is here, the little time I had to try to cook is gone. I do have a crock pot though and am pretty comfortable using that for easy recipes. So..... What's your favorite crock pot recipe(s)? I'd love you to share!!!
Re: OT: Crock pot recipes
We add an extra can of corn and we use the basil diced tomatoes. I also use the Taco Bell taco seasoning but I'm not sure if that makes a difference. We love it! Our grocery store sometimes sells stir fry chicken that's already cut up so I'll just buy that and it ends up being a dump everything in and let it sit recipe.
Also this one is really good and I did it in the crock pot but wouldn't add the noodles to it until last.

Angel crockpot chicken
Put 1.5 lb boneless skinless chx breast in crock pot.
In a medium saucepan melt 1/2 c butter. Stir in 1 packet Italian dressing mix. Stir in 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c white grape juice, 1/2 c water, and 1 8oz container cream cheese (use the tub kind...the bar kind will make it lumpy). Stir and heat until combined and smooth.
Pour over chicken. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve chx and sauce over pasta, rice, etc.
I make a pot roast, all I do is take the pot roast meat, cut up potatoes, baby carrots and like 3 jars of a beef gravy and put that all in on low for 7hrs. So good!!!
Ground some ground meat and add some manwhich!

French onion soup mix works well as a spice rub for post roast too!
