This pregnancy was a surprise, and I had never thought about pregnancy enough to really think about how bad the morning sickness could be or how uncomfortable I would get. And let me tell you, I never in a million years thought that I would have morning sickness like this. I am almost 22 weeks pregnant and still can't keep down anything most of the time. All I want is to be able to eat! I've come to accept the tragic realization that this COULD last my entire pregnancy. But... Do you just go back to "normal" as soon as you deliver? Meaning am I actually going to be able to eat a real full meal after te girls arrive? I hate this all day sickness, especially with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up. I just can't wait for all of the food but I know if I'm still sick I'm not going to want to eat any of it. Ugh. I just want pumpkin pie and eggnog and bourbon balls

Re: Do you just go back to "normal"?
Mine were all c/s and the pain meds kept my appetite down at first, but I definitely feel so much better even fresh off of a c/s than pregnant.
