Burping trouble

Hi Ladies. My DD is 12 days old now and sometimes has a tendency to gulp down her meals. Most of the time she burps very easily and quickly when done. Lately she's not been burping and then spits up 10-20 min later. Any recommendations? TIA

    Take this with a grain of salt since I've never nursed a singleton or had spitty babes, but can you burp her between sides? Or even burp every 5-10 min?

    Thanks. I'll try keeping her upright for awhile longer and burping after 10 min. Sometimes she only nurses from one side, but when she does switch I do burp her in between.

    PPs have good suggestions.  I had a stubborn burped when he was itty.  With my LO, it helped when I would first rub his back right above his bottom to between his shoulders with slightly heavy pressure and then patted him on his backside in the same direction.
