Haven't really seen one of these, so I'm starting it off... With undies.
As a BTDT prego, I wish I had found these the first time I was ever pregnant. They are not maternity underwear, but they are comfortable enough to wear all the way through, and being fruit of the loom, they're cheap enough to handle the mess that follows AFTER having our babies! They're about $7.50 for a pack at walmart (and come in more styles than my favorites, pictured.)
So that's my big product shout-out for now... (And choco tacos... Just trust me, they're amazing)

Multiple diaper creams. Purple desitin(max strength). Blue did nothing. Sometimes I had to use a mix of creams in rotation.
I tried a bunch of other brands and this is the only one I found that didn't itch, move around or leak. A friend of mine who has gigantic boobs says they were too small for her, but I was a size E when engorged and they were fine for me.
Actually, there's my advice for everything... buy little quantities until you know how things will be. We had tons of diapers that ended up leaking for her, swaddlers that she hated, etc. join amazon mom and order in bulk as soon as you know what works!

Triple paste, aquaphor and gripe water are/were used in our house a lot.
Aveeno excema baby lotion. We still use it on his face.
Swaddlemes and RnP were absolutely vital for us the first months.
Snuza gave us a lot of peace of mind. People have conflicting opinions on this and it's not proven to prevent SIDS, but it still made us feel better.

Also to keep all the weirdos from touching your LO while shopping. This thing is a must. I love it and always try to get for someone who is expecting. Peek a boo pod.

Also another amaaaaaazing thing? Boogie wipes. I actually prefer the grape scented ones. They're great for babies, but also for adults. I have a huge schnozzola, so it's a lot of area that tends to get chapped in winter, and those are great!
Also, carabiners. You can get the cheap keychain kind, or go all-out on REI with super-duty, weight-bearing, twist-locking ones... But attach them to everything and life with a baby is suddenly so easy (ish)! I had to Fort Knox my doors because of the minis trying to go outside/down the stairs in the middle of the night, so I look like a warden with my key-biner.
And last one for now... Walmart has sweater-boot house shoes in stores now. They're only like $15... and come in larger sizes if you have a sturdy foundation like me! (I wear an 11-11.5... I squealed like a small child on Christmas morning when I saw them. Then I purchased the fuzz filled feet cradles of yayness.)
