8 weeks 4 days, barely any symptoms

I just had a doctors appointment but no U/S. Have my first U/S the 29th. Only symptoms I have had are stomach cramps, larger sore breasts, and diarrhea. Is it normal to have just those?

I asked my dr the exact question today but she does seem worried at all. She said if you don't have any spotting then don't need to worry.
