Since we have such a large range of due dates on here, I thought this post would be fun!

1) When is your EDD?

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)? Why or why not?

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about?

1) When is your EDD?
May 29th

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)?
Why or why not?

Yes! May is such a beautiful month, and since it will be late Spring, I will get to enjoy the summer off with my little one.

Also-- DS's birth month is April and DD's is August, so it's nice he/she won't have to share a birth month with anyone else.

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about?

I have my first appointment & ultrasound scheduled for October 22nd. Really ready for that! I will be 8.5 weeks.

May 16 and I agree with you - ideal timing! My first prenatal u/s should be Oct 3. I have to make this quick but look forward to the other responses!

1) When is your EDD? Feb 5
2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)? Why or why not? I just hope flu seasons will be mild so that the baby won't be exposed or my son being sick during that time. Winter is ok since you don't get out much in the beginning.
3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about? Surviving the rest of this pregnancy lol. Everything has been going well. Blood pressure slightly elevated is doc wants to watch it , hate to be out on meds.

I think it will be a great time for a birthday! 3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about? Next milestone is my induction next weekend at 39 weeks. Pretty excited to meet little man.

1. Jan 16th
2. No. We are said to have another icy winter and I am not looking forward to delivering then.
3. I go to my first appt about my GD next week and my first appt with my HR dr the week after.

And I wanted to note we do a weekly check in that goes along these same questions every friday. @NeonNoon‌ does a fabulous job coordinating it.

1. November 25, but my csection is scheduled for Nov 18th so that's what I started telling everyone.

2. No, but could be worse. I didn't really want to have a baby around holiday season so this Nov timeframe is the latest in 2014 I was willing to go as far as TTC was concerned. She'll be born a week before Thanksgiving so I am hoping all turns out ok. I know everyone is going to want to come visit and see her on Thanksgiving which is NOT ideal (young baby and me after surgery) plus my DD's school is on break that entire week. Ughhh...

3. We have our hospital tour on Tues. Hoping to get some answers and get the care planning process rolling. We have no relatives nearby so I will be relying on friends to help with DD1. While I'm at the hospital. Poor DH will have to multiply or grow extra arms to handle it all...

Yes! I wanted a spring baby, and I'm barely making it!

1. I am Due Oct. 1st.

2. I am very happy with my EDD because all other birthdays are In August and May. Also it is fall and I love fall weather.

3. I don't have another doctor's appointment because if I don't go into labor I have an induction scheduled for Sept. 24th. I am so ready and excited to meet my little girl. Wednesday I was 2.5 cm dilated and 60% effected. Doctor said I could go anytime but if not then we will meet her Sept. 24th.

1. March 28th.
2. Love my month and time of year because it's not too hot yet. I live in Arizona so by May it's blazing.
3. Can't wait to feel my baby girl move in my belly.

1) due jan 19/20 got told 19th by re, 20th by perintologist !lol
2) after 3 losses after DS we just wanted sticky baby , I don't go out with baby for certain amount of time anyways, it is part of DH culture, so winter didnt matter to us...
3) next appt is Oct 6, for routine check

1) When is your EDD?

January 9.

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)?

Yes. It's pretty much all I know! All of our kids have Dec. and Jan b-days, as do I, and DH is early Feb. So the obvious downside is the crazy glut of b-days. On the plus side, the reason this happens is it's DH's quietest time of the year for work (and used to be mine when I was working). I don't mind at all holing up with the baby in winter and just trying not to go out much, although that will be harder this time with three other kids. It's nice to get through Christmas this time pre-baby (if all goes as planned!). And, the good thing about winter babies is that you are through that really hard infant stage before summer, and when summer comes it's easier to go out and take them places.

3. Next milestone: today I am 24 weeks, which is earliest viability, so that's nice. Nothing else really going on right now except getting bigger and bigger.

1) When is your EDD? April 14th

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)? Why or why not? The jury is still out. I live in Oklahoma, so tornado season starts around that time, but doesn't really ramp up until May, so I think I will be okay.

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about? I go for the NT scan/bloodwork and probably either the Matni21 or Harmony test on October 2nd.

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)? Why or why not? I think the weather will be fine, March 20th is the first day of spring and we usually start warming up here in NC around that time, but I have 3 nephews all with March birthdays - 3/12, 3/15 & 3/27 (and 2 of them are brothers!) and they all live 3 hours from here. I don't mind March, but I was hoping maybe I could be a little bit early... if all was healthy of course, I know... such a selfish reason! But my oldest nephew was actually REALLY excited to have another cousin in March. Guess we'll just have to do parties near them.

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about? Next OB appt is Oct. 2nd, but I'm really looking forward to the anatomy scan, haven't seen the baby since the 10 week ultrasound and I'll be 19 weeks at that scan (Oct. 23rd).

Very happy with this time frame. I don't deal well with the summer heat, so I'm incredibly grateful to be doing NONE of my pregnancy in the hot summer months...Here in Idaho, that can easily mean temps over 100...so I'm stoked to be going through my pregnancy mostly in the fall and winter.

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about?

My first ultrasound will be one week from tomorrow, on 9.30, at 11W1D...I can't wait!

2) Are you happy with the month you are expecting in (ie: weather, season, etc)? Why or why not? Yes - it would be nice to celebrate her birthday when the weather is nice, but then again also nice to have something to look forward to post-holiday and pre-spring. Also the schedule works out really nicely with DH's summer schedule and leave semester, so combined with my leave we won't have to do day care for 9 months. Plus, nice to not be super preggo in sweltering summer heat.

3) What's your next step/milestone that is coming up in your pregnancy that you are most eager about? DH was able to feel Baby kick just this weekend - that was one I had been looking forward to. Now, I guess 25 weeks - the 50% viability point.

@Tsuga76: Jan 27 is my birthday! You are right on with your comments. Sometimes I wanted a summer birthday, but you could always do a half-b-day party one year. Mostly it was nice b/c it falls at a really dull time of year, after the holidays while the weather is still crappy and there's nothing else going on.
