High Risk problem

Hello everyone. I wanted to get everyones opion on an issue my wife is having with her pregnancy. a little background info. 5 years ago we tried to start our family. My wife ended up having 3 miscarriages in a row before we were blessed with our daughter. During the time of the miscarriages the doctor discovered that my wife has a MTHFR (she  is also positive for one copy of C677T) gene mutation that causes her to blood clot cutting off the blood supply to the baby. The doctor at the time but her on Lovenox and Progesterone and were able to have a healthy baby. Fast Forward 4 years, we are pregnant again now in the 10th week. my wife is on both medications again but today the doctor called and said there is a problem. they found a hematoma and he thinks that she should stop the Lovenox, but if she stops she may have a miscarriage. but if she does not stop she might have a miscarriage due to the Hematoma being near the baby sac. we are at a loss of what to do. My wife has been crying all day, I am looking for some advice on what to do. do we stay on the meds and hope for the best or do we stop.

    I have anti phospholipid antibodies so am on Lovenox. I had 4 hematomas last pg. I went off Lovenox for two weeks when the hematomas got big enough to warrant it. How big is the hematoma that will be the judge also if she has had bleeding.

    Miracle Born August 2013 Premature
