NBD, but DD feels like she's trying to kick her way into the world through my stomach... Simmer down in there! Anyone else's babies doing this? DS was so quiet in there, but this one is a fighter!

He's pretty gentle usually. A big difference in how my daughter was. She was a womb ninja, and this little guy seems to be the yoga master type with more waves and rolls than punches. BUT every now and then it feels like he's ramming my cervix juggernaut style.
Omg yes! I just texted DH about this a little bit ago. I feel like this kid is trying to kick a hole right through me! Pretty sure he's actually done some internal bruising.
I keep telling hubs that he's beating me up from the inside. Now that he's head down again, it feels like he's just spinning in circles all day. But he's violently using his knees and feet to do so. DS1 was much more calm at this point.

Yeah, she is definitely more spunky than my son ever was. He was more of a squirmer. She loves kicking me in the rib. I have had a cold all week. I dont think she appreciates me coughing all day/night. My abs are killing me. They are so sore from the coughing, i finish coughing and they hurt like hell, then she kicks me really hard. It feels ? Like im getting stabbed.
Yeah through my rib cage though. I feel like some woman shoved into a corset in the 1800's. I can't bend over and have to sit up straight so I don't get a foot lodged in my ribs
Yes! Everything I've read says that babies are supposed to start moving less in the last few weeks of pregnancy because they run out of space, but LO moves more than ever. Random bulges keep suddenly shooting out of my belly. Last night DH and I were sitting on the couch and LO was shoving his or her feet into my side in order to push off and stick his or her butt out of my stomach.
This is what my baby does all day long. I agree with PP, I thought they were supposed to settle down more at this stage. Oh well, keep doing your thing baby.
Yes. This little guy is usually pretty calm with a kick or punch here and there but every once in a while he goes crazy and my stomach pops out in all directions.
I feel like I have a hypercaffinated eel rolling around in there. Except the eel has feet!
Last week I compared it to this... inside me:
@Crawford411 - OMG - this made me laugh so hard. It reminded me of my little Luna in her young days - she got her head stuck in a tissue box - and almost did a flying leap off the coffee table.
I'm very in touch with the movement not slowing and random parts of my stomach just get pushed out every day by baby - kicking, punching, butt butting me. Also, I think baby is rolling from side to side - last week my dr. heard the strongest heartbeat on my right lower side, this week on my left lower side and I can literally feel the baby doing the rolls. Definitely hasn't calmed down, that is for sure.
Yes, this baby is nuts! Her bum is constantly bulging out and pushing on my ribs, then her feet get going, then I get those lovely twinges in my cervix that feels like a knife in my vagina! Good times
