Lady bits

So since I was told to stop shaving/waxing at 36 weeks I am all natural and out of control down there (it's kind of itchy actually) and thinking I may want to start doing something about it! I had my postpartum appointment yesterday and thinking of going to town and shaving it all off. Did anyone's OB/Gyn mention anything about doing this? What's everyone gonna do now or eventually?

    MW said it was something she was told to advice due to possible "infection" but mentioned it was up to me... I kinda used that as an excuse cuz by then I couldn't even see my lady parts w the belly lol

    I don't know if I would wax (ouch!) because some of the skin is still sensitive down there, but I'm sure you're fine to shave. I was never told to quit grooming either so I pretty much did my normal routine (blindly towards the end so who knows what it looked like!).

    I blind shaved I think the week before she was born, not since. I have no excuse now that I can see again, but I'm lazy... Maybe before my 6week f/up
