Halloween costumes?

I'm always a bit late to the game and am just starting to think of Halloween costume ideas for this year.

Anybody have any good ideas already?!

    Right now DD is going as Merida and DS will be a fox.

    If I find the time and energy to do different costumes then I was thinking Jake and the Neverland pirates. DD would be Izzy, DS would be Jake or Cubby and I would make the double stroller into Bucky the ship. I don't see me doing this.

    Lo is probably going to be a monster. I found this adorable costume online. We need something pretty warm since it might be snowing at the rate we're going this fall. The costume is like $50 though. That's the only reason I haven't ordered it yet. Not sure if I can do it for one day. We'll see.

    I live in MD and basically tell EVERYONE ABOUT IT. DD is going to be a crab, natch. The costume was in the boy section at Carter's but I got her a big white headband so no one gets it twisted.

    DD wants to be a princess (again) but I don't think she is allowing DS to come out ToTing. Joke's on her though because if he doesn't come then she doesn't go either.

    My DS (Jack) will be JackJack from The Incredibles. I am holding off on buying the costume though because I'm not sure what size he will be wearing.

    My sister is crocheting DS an adorable fox hat.  I'll put him in some orange "my first halloween" clothes, take a photo for the baby book, and call it good.  But then he can continue to use the fox hat all winter long.  I couldn't justify buying a costume just for Halloween since he likely won't even leave the house in it.

    Minnie mouse :) We are going to Disney World the week before Halloween and attending their Halloween party, so I HAD to pick Minnie Mouse. :)

    DS is going to be a minion from Despicable Me. I figure it's the easiest -- yellow onesie, blue overalls, and we're hoping to find someone to airbrush his helmet like the minion goggles.

    DD#1 will be sheriff Callie and DD#2 will be Toby the cactus. We got their costumes last night, they are so cute!

    Carter's has a really cute purple glow in the dark skeleton PJ set that I picked up for Halloween festivities. We are also invited to a costume party where they give out prizes for best costume. Me, MH, and LO are entering the group contest as PacMan, Mrs. PacMan and LO will be a ghost (super easy...onesie with felt eyes glued on and I plan to make a tutu with elastic and tulle.)
