Jeans are worth splurging on. Hate the butt droop I get with cheap jean. $60-100, but I will spend up $120. Loft jeans are $70, and that's what I wear.
I agree with the investment perspective. I used to buy cheaper jeans that didn't really fit me right, and went through jeans like crazy. About 4 years ago, my friend introduced me to Big Star and Silver jeans, which do run $100+ per pair, but I haven't bought jeans in ages. I have 4 pairs that I rotate through.
To me a good pair of jeans is an investment. If you spend a lot of money on a nice pair of jeans they will last you forever. I usually wear joes jeans, true religion or buffalo so in the 150+ range. But they have lasted me for years! (Except collecting dust now until I lose this weight).
My favorite jeans are TR and I got them in 2009 and they still look brand new. I love them!
I have probably ten pairs of TR sitting and collecting dust because they're size 24 and will never ever fit again :-(.
Cleaning out my closet. So depressing that these don't, and will never fit again. I loved these pants.
CWBE. I have 3 pair, and I thought that was crazy. I also love my Paige and Hudson's. I just need to lose some more muffin top before I am comfortably back into them. I SHALL WEAR THEM AGAIN!
Re: How much do you spend on jeans?
So they average $29-$45
As opposed to what? Per leg?
I love Kensie jeans, Paige, and COH.
