Pulsing back pain 17 weeks?

I'm currently in the middle if my 17th week, and lately I've been having pulsing back pain that comes and goes every couples of seconds. It's not SUPER painful, it's just a little sharp, and it's located lower and like on the inner sides of my hip (or love handles if that's a better description lol) is it anything I need to worry about?? I'm starting to get nervous because I haven't found anything about anyone having similar symptoms.

    I'm 17 weeks tomorrow, and I've been experiencing similar for about a week and a half. Pretty much my back, hips, and all the way down. Just pulsating pain. Mine will last for about 10 minutes, and it makes me super squirmy, then goes away for about 15 to 30 minutes, then it's back. It'd been doing it from about 1pm to 9pm. I know that's specific, but... Now I have an ear infection and fever, and who knows, mine could be the fever causing it? It seems to be more intense when I have a fever.
