First few weeks, it was eggs; I guess my body was craving the protein as a vegetarian. And eggs normally make me sick pre-pregnancy but I couldn't get enough at first. Then, it changed to potatoes- mashed, baked, fried, etc. This was the only that didn't make me nauseous. Now, cinnamon flavored anything or cheese. Weird!
This week it's dragon fruit, garlic naan and sew mai. Though the sew mai might be an aversion to everything else they offer at the cafeteria more than anything....... Must. Go. Grocery shopping.
I can't wait to get back to the States and get some decent milk. Been missing that like mad!!
Oh my goodness, at first it was anything containing starch. Mrs. Bairds apple/cherry cinnamon rolls, you know the convenience store kind, I want them sooooooo bad but I'm in Japan so family is sending them to me. My most recent craving lately is pickles, the vlasic hamburger slices though.
i've been on a bit of a candy binge the past couple days. trying to reign it in today and get some legitimate nutrition. other than that, mac and cheese!! i could eat it twice a day every day!
Last night I really wanted rotisserie chicken so I sent DH to pick one up from the grocery store. When he came back and opened it the smell of it sent me running to the bathroom immediately. I had him open the sliding door and turn the fan on in the kitchen because I couldn't stand the smell. I was pretty pissed because I'd be craving it for about a week.
@picklesx, i've been have a major chicken aversion. DH suggested getting wings for dinner last night (which normally i love) but just thinking about them makes me want to vom. sad :-(

I don't really have any immediate aversions to anything but all meat with the exception of breakfast turkey sausage has not been staying down.
The only meals that have been able to keep down entirely are breakfast sandwiches/wraps and hash browns and yogurt. Everything else makes its way back up, if only partially. It sucks.
Anything in a tomato broth or sauce! Especially pizza!

I've really been craving sushi. Otherwise, I'm uninterested in just about all foods. Not completely averse, just nothing sounds good. I've had a few moments of really wanting something, but it's usually something I have to drive 30+ minutes for so I end up doing without. On the plus side, I haven't gained any weight. It's just kind of sad/weird for someone who typically loves food as much as I do.
At first I couldn't get enough of cheese, then it was vlassic pickle spears and lays classic chips. And now since that post about Taco Bell I just want Taco Bell. Also easy mac, that stuff is delicious.
@ashleyinva I am sooo jelly! Since I haven't gone public about my pregnancy yet, I'm trying to keep the snacks at work to a less obvious minimum... but once I hit the healthy 12 week mark? It's gonna be like the god damn Super Bowl up in my cube.
I am pleased that after a friend of mine reported that during her pregnancy she only really craved fruits like nectarines and apples, grapes, etc. (She looked so beautiful and healthy after her pregnancy!) that I am also craving fruits way more than normal. In fact, usually, I'm not a big fruit person besides sprinkling berries on my cereal or frozen yogurt. Now I'm eating a whole apple *very weird for me* ever since I was a kid I found eating a whole apple difficult and unappealing, bananas, grapes, lots of strawberries...- and I'm not yet craving ice cream or a brownie- and I haven't had any chocolate since I found out I was pregnant.
Note that I'm leaving out the part where I dreamed about butterscotch pudding and thought about it for 3 days before going out and buying a Butterscotch snack pack. And my husband and I are the type of people who would never think of eating pre-packaged pudding so he was horrified. But that was nothing compared to when I told him that I needed, NEEDED Kraft dinner but could he please get the organic kind from Whole Foods? Or the time that I felt nauseous when we were out on a date and nothing appealed to me except....brilliant...a waffle cone! No ice cream, just order me a fresh waffle cone!
Since I'm a big sweet tooth kind of person I always thought it would be hard to discern my pregnancy cravings from my normal dessert cravings- but so far it's pretty easy when I'm craving things that I never usually want. In all honesty, the wanting more fruit thing is great but also so weird and mysterious. And chocolate does not sound good at all right now! I have a feeling that will change.

Almost only aversions, except for cold milk and cereal. It's pretty much all I want to eat. The milk has to be ice cold, and I don;t even care anymore what kind of cereal.
Hubby think we might give birth to Snap, Crackle or Pop....
No major actual cravings except for red meat. I haven't had red meat in over a year and it was once but today I caved and got a burger from in and out it was amazing but I'm nervous of what will happen tonight from it.
Carbs have been helping me a lot, not so much a craving but only thing that makes me less nauseated.
I'm having mostly aversions but I would kill for chipotle! I live outside the US currently and it's all I think about. Barbacoa burrito with pinto beans and hot sauce. Chips and guacamole. My husband and I are traveling to London next week and they have a chipotle. I may eat there every meal.
With my last pregnancy, I never really had cravings. This time, I want all kinds of stuff! So far it has been ice cream, cream soda, salsa, and In N Out burger.

I went through a period when I was my pregnant with my son that I just wanted fruit. This time, I enjoy it more than usual but I don't crave it. I do however crave raw veggies. I had DH go out last night and buy me a veggie tray. I really wanted one with cauliflower but they didn't have and I was sad. I scarfed down all of the broccoli and half of the carrots today
I'm always having soups, juice (grapefruit, orange, lemonade), and milk. But it's less of a craving & more a result of major aversions compounded with thirst
I haven't really had any cravings yet. But last night I was dreaming about food which I rarely do. I was eating the most delicious cake - a pepperoni, pineapple, chocolate chip chocolate cake. When I woke up I couldn't get it out of my mind. Sounds gross but who knows...lol
This morning I wanted orange juice so I put it in a travel mug and added some ice so it would last me for my 2hr meeting. I get to my meeting and realize I left it in my car. For the entire 2 hours I could not think of anything else but the Orange juice. (
I've been craving breakfast foods too and peanut butter and jam sandwiches, tried to eat a cheeseburger last night at wk it grossed me out almost threw up yuck!
Re: Food Cravings Like Crazy

I just crave salty or cheesy (or cheesy & salty!) foods. And last night, milk.

Last week it was apple pie a la mode.
I posted on this thread because a craving for root beer randomly hit me. Like my brain said yummmmm root beer. I hate Mexican & root beer normally.
Chips and dip, check. Sour cream and onion anything, maybe also dipped for extra oniony goodness, double check.
