Brown discharge and hcg remains the same

Hi all I'm new to this so just seeking some advice.. I've had about 5 positive pregnancy tests and a very unusual bleed at the very beginning.. With that my pregnancy is now under investigation. From Saturday I've had this unusual brown discharge in and off but more so today. Blood test on Monday was 475 repeated today and is exactly the same.. I have to have a scan tomorrow but I'm a wreak any ideas on what is happening to me it's my third pregnancy thanks all xx

    So sorry you are going through this.  It sounds like a missed miscarriage.  I've had 2 of those, so I know how you feel.  My body never recognized that it was not a viable pregnancy and I continued for weeks as if I was pregnant.  I am hoping you can get some answers and closure tomorrow.

    ME: 31 PCOS - DH: 32 Perfect. 
    TTC #1 started 8.2010. 
    BFP #1 3.2.11Blighted ovum, missed m/c, 4.3.11-6.22.11 Provera

    BFP #2 Aug 2011 Clomid 50mg+Met missed m/c found 9w5d | cytotec 10.26.11 
    BFP #3 - CD36 - Jan. 2012 - 100mg Clomid + 2000met-  Baby Boy born 10.06.12 with 1 in a billion CHD. Perfect otherwise.

    Open Heart Surgery @ 5 months old.Happy, healthy, and as normal as could be!  We thank God every day.EP/BF for 12.5 months

    TTC#2 - November 2012

    BFP #4:  O'd on CD25 (Aug. 2014).  DD May 6, 2015. RCS planned.
    Beta@14dpo: 184, 17dpo: 520.  44 hr. doubling time.  p4: 54U/S 8 weeks 1 day, 161 bpm

    Thankyou.. I still have all the symptoms sore boobs, sickness etc .. So confusing

    I'm sorry you are going through this. I don't want to scare you because your situation could be completely different but I had brown spotting/discharge when I had my missed miscarriage. It was as you described and @lexisophie55- I was "pregnant" as far as I could tell. Still had all the symptoms, but the baby had stopped growing. I will keep you in my prayers.

    I've also seen this happen when there is a vanishing twin.  I hope your ultrasound goes well.

    Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
